What is your onboarding process?

Send me an email to get started. I'll contact you to set up a consultation to discuss your project needs, time commitment, expectations, deliverables, and deadlines. We’ll finalize the terms and Scope of Work. I’ll send over a contract based on what we discussed. Once you sign it, I’ll countersign and send you a copy for your records then I'll get to work!


Do you require a minimum number of contracted hours?

No, there are no minimums. Whether you need help for one hour or indefinitely, I can help!


Do you offer discounts for long-term contracts or recurring work?

A discounted rate is available if you choose the monthly retainer option. This means you prepay for the agreed number of hours before work begins.


Can I reach you anytime?

If you choose the monthly retainer option, you'll receive expedited responses within 4 hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). If you choose weekly billing, you'll receive prompt responses within one business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).


Will I be working directly with you?

Yes! When you hire me, you’ll work directly with me from start to finish—no subcontractors.


Is your work guaranteed?

Yes! Your satisfaction is a priority. I'll work closely with you to ensure deliverables are completed to your satisfaction.


How can I be sure you are working the hours contracted?

The best measure of my work will be completion of deliverables within our contracted timelines. Upon request, I’m happy to provide itemized invoices that outline how time was spent on your project.


If I hire you to manage our logo merchandise and swag, do I have to buy products from your company, Brando Promotions?

No, you’re under no obligation to purchase from Brando Promotions. I'm happy to provide competitive quotes but will work with your preferred vendors.
